- Orders: For online orders, all details regarding the order, delivery, and payment of the item(s) will be displayed during the ordering process.
- Prices and product range: Prices are per item in Swiss francs and include statutory value added tax. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make changes to the product range and/or vintage. We reserve the right to remove any product from our range at any time.
- Conclusion and rejection of contract: The order you place constitutes a binding offer to conclude a contract, to which you remain bound for one week. The contract between you and us is only valid if we declare our acceptance of the contract with regard to the ordered products by means of an order confirmation, invoice, shipping confirmation, or delivery. Any automated message sent for informational purposes only, with which we confirm receipt of your order (order confirmation), does not constitute acceptance of the contract on our part. The order will only be checked by us after the order confirmation. Any changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us without giving reasons. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel purchase quantities per person, per household, or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you promptly by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
- Payment options and retention of title: You can use the payment options displayed during the ordering process to pay for the goods. Your data will be encrypted during the payment process. We reserve the right to exclude customers from individual payment options without giving reasons and/or to insist on advance payment for orders without giving reasons. Orders requiring prepayment will only be processed once we have received the corresponding payment. When paying on account – provided we accept this – the purchase price is due within 10 days of the invoice date. We do not grant any discounts. A default interest of 5 percent will be charged for late payments. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received. We are entitled to register the retention of title with the competent authority at any time. - Delivery and returns: Delivery is made to the invoice recipient or to a delivery address chosen by them.Delivery is usually made by post. Our prices include postage and packaging: Up to 2 kilograms 15 Swiss francs, 2 to 5 kilograms 19 Swiss francs, 5 to 10 kilograms 22 Swiss francs, and 10 to 20 kilograms 30 Swiss francs. Shipping is free for orders over 199 Swiss francs. We also offer a home delivery service for orders over 199 Swiss francs. The flat-rate delivery charge within the city of Zurich is CHF 20. Outside the city of Zurich: on request. Delivery takes place within two to five working days. Delays in shipping are rare, but can occur. If not all of the products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by suppliers, the above-mentioned transport companies, or force majeure. Our service is a debt payable on delivery and is fulfilled upon handover to the above-mentioned transport companies. After shipment, the risk of deterioration and loss of the products is transferred to you. We are not liable for the fault of the transport company used. If the customer does not accept the products they have ordered, they will be charged for the costs of return shipping and any costs incurred for the inconvenience. The return shipment is at the customer’s risk.
- Obligation to inspect, notification of defects, exclusion of liability, and right of return: The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. After seven days, the delivery is considered approved. Any defects covered by our warranty must be reported to us immediately by email. In the event of goods delivered in a faulty condition, we will always try to find a solution.
- Goods in perfect condition cannot be exchanged. Wines with a cork taste will only be refunded if this can be determined and the bottle is at least 75 percent full. This does not apply to wines that have exceeded the recommended drinking age. We only refund wines that were purchased from us. Refunds will be made within 30 days. Collection costs: If orders are not paid within the payment period, additional reminder fees will be charged. 2nd reminder: 20 Swiss francs. 3rd reminder: 40 Swiss francs. Debt collection: 200 Swiss francs in addition to legal costs.
- Protection of minors: In Switzerland, beverages may not be sold to young people under the age of 16, and spirits may not be sold to minors under the age of 18, in accordance with legal provisions. By placing an order on n74.shop, the customer acknowledges this provision and confirms the accuracy of their details and thus their eligibility to make a purchase.

- Applicable law and place of jurisdiction: The contract concluded is subject in all respects to Swiss law, excluding any references to the Federal Act on Private International Law (IPRG) and excluding the Vienna Sales Convention (UN Sales Convention). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
- Changes to the GTC: These GTC may be changed at any time without prior notice.
